Website Under Construction
I’m Boris Howler. Years ago, I worked as an illustrator—the kind who filled sketchbooks, drawers, and just about every flat surface with drawings no one ever really saw. These days, my art life looks a little different. Everything I create is digital now—digital illustration, digital painting—because it’s what works best for me. I don’t have the space for traditional supplies anymore, and keeping a full studio clean is more work than I can manage. I also have a few physical limitations these days, so the digital canvas is simply easier on me all around. Still, the love for creating never left. For the last five years, I’ve been quietly returning to the horror art I’ve always adored—monsters, creatures, and all the wonderfully strange corners of the imagination. Recently, I decided it was finally time to share these pieces instead of letting them live only on my hard drive. So here they are, and I’m offering prints for anyone who’d like to give one a good home. Revisiting this part of my life has been a joy, and if it helps supplement my retirement a bit, well… that’s a pretty nice bonus.
